Our Education and Training Manager, Andrea Morello enjoyed a few lovely days in Queensland at the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association “Brave to Bold” conference to promote the new online Chronic Condition Management training courses.

Andrea teamed up with Matt Francis from Flincare, to display and demonstrate the new online training offered by FHBHRU. The online courses are accessible on all mobile devices and provide self-paced training for health professionals who work in mainstream chronic condition management. So if you don’t have time to attend a face to face workshop, be sure to take a look at the new online options.

 

Training options include the Flinders Program and Live Well, Smoke Free adaptation.
